아침 8시에 저희는 평화의 전당 앞에 모였어요. 버스를 타고 4시간 반을 이동해서 울산 SK 회사에 도착했어요. 저희는 SK회사로부터 장학금을 받았기 때문에 감사편지를 써서 전달했어요. 그 다음에 회사에 대한 소개를 듣고 견학을 했어요. SK공장은 석유화학공장이고 정말 컸어요. 특히나 저는 화학공학과 학생이기 때문에 더 신기했어요. 왜냐하면 4학년 졸업과제로 석유화학공장을 설계했었는데, 실제로 공장에 가본 것은 처음이었기 때문이에요. 그 다음에 저희는 경주에 가서 저녁으로 불고기를 먹고 밤에는 더 구경을 시작했어요. 가장 먼저 본 것은 첨성대예요. 첨성대에 갔을 때 노을이 지고 있어서 정말 예뻤어요. 하루에 마치고 숙소로 갔어요. 숙소 안에 노래방이 있어서, 가서 재미있게 놀았어요.

다음 날, 저희는 석굴암에 갔는데 사람들이 소원을 빌기 위해 달아놓은 전등을 볼 수 있었어요. 다양한 전등의 색이 정말 아름다웠고, 사진도 많이 찍었어요. 그리고 불국사에 가서 석가탑을 구경했어요. 그 절에서 재미있는 부처님 이야기를 들었어요. 절에는 돼지상이 있어서 저희는 그 것을 만졌어요.

그리고 나서 점심을 먹은 뒤, 서울로 돌아왔어요.

At 8AM in the morning, all of us gathered in front of the school grand hall and left for Gyeongju. It took us 4.5 hours to get to the SK Company in Ulsan fist. We received scholarship from the generous SK Company, so we wrote thank-you letters and took them to the company. Then we listened to the introduction of the company and went on a tour to the company. SK, as a petrochemical plant, spans a huge area. As a chemical engineering major student, I was very excited to go on a tour to the plant. Even though I designed a petrochemical plant as my senior design project, I have never been to such a huge petrochemical plant before. After vising SK, we went to Gyeongju, ate beef as our dinner and went on sightseeing. We first went to an observatory. It was right during the sundown when we went so the view was very pretty. Then we went back to the hotel and had fun in the hotel Karaoke.

The next day, we went to the Seokguram and saw lots of wish lanterns. The lanterns being in different colors made them so beautiful altogether. We took lots of photos under the lanterns. Then we went to Bulguksa Temple and went around Seokgatap. In the temple, we heard interesting Buddha stories and touched the famous pig. After lunch, we went back to Seoul.
